Provide Professional Engineering Services and Supplemental Services

The Parish of Jefferson is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from persons or firms interested in providing professional engineering and supplemental services for a Parc Des Familles Master Plan. The project will consist of creating a master plan to guide improvements, construction, and development, and will include generating cost estimates. The selected firm will be required to identify all subcontractors who will assist in providing professional services for the project. • The firm must have at least one principal who is a licensed, registered architect, landscape architect, or professional engineer in the State of Louisiana. • The firm must have a professional in charge of the project who is a licensed, registered architect or landscape architect in the State of Louisiana with a minimum of five years' experience. • The firm must have one employee who is a licensed, registered architect or landscape architect in the State of Louisiana in the applicable discipline involved. • The firm will be evaluated based on professional training and experience, capacity for timely completion of work, location of the principal office, prior successful completion of projects, and other factors.
