The City of Phoenix Water Services Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on‑call production well emergency support—including new well drilling, repairs, maintenance, parts replacement, and related equipment servicing—for a five‑year term. The contractor must have at least five years of experience, qualified personnel (minimum two years well‑service experience), appropriate licenses, and the ability to respond within 24 hours for standard calls and 4 hours for emergencies.
