The Port Authority of Allegheny County (Pittsburgh Regional Transit) is seeking a supplier to provide R‑407C refrigerant in 115‑lb DOT‑approved steel cylinders, along with refundable cylinder deposits and associated documentation. The contract is for a two‑year period with deliveries required within three calendar days of each purchase order and a total of 45 cylinders (plus deposits) for each year. The supplier must handle labeling, safety data sheets, DOT shipping information, empty‑cylinder removal, and quarterly reporting. All proposals must be submitted electronically, include the required certifications, and meet insurance and performance‑bond requirements.
