The State of Delaware is establishing a statewide, two‑year contract to supply, deliver, install, and support a broad range of furniture for all covered state agencies, schools, municipalities, and other entities. The solicitation is a competitive sealed‑proposal process that allows oral discussions and best‑and‑final‑offer negotiations. Vendors must provide catalog‑based pricing, minimum 10‑year warranties, and meet ANSI/BIFMA standards for all product categories, as well as submit detailed discount tables for delivery‑and‑install and drop‑ship options.
