RFP Construction Management-At-Risk for New Middle School & Central Admin

The Ansonia School Building Commission and the City of Ansonia, CT are seeking qualified construction‑management firms to act as the construction manager “at‑risk” for the design‑build, construction, and close‑out of a new Ansonia Middle School and a new District Central Administrative Office.
