Armed Security Guard Services for BGS

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a vendor to provide armed security guard services for the Bluegrass Station Division. The vendor will provide approximately 576 hours per week of armed security guard services, with coverage around the clock, 365 days per year. The vendor must have experience working in high-level security environments and providing security guard services for similar facilities. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, including firearms, and ensuring that all security guards are properly trained and licensed. Key responsibilities include: * Access control and monitoring of the property perimeter and access gates * Security gate register maintenance * Security patrols and traffic control * Monitoring of security cameras * Emergency response and first responder assistance * Incident report completion and submission to Bluegrass Station Division management
