The City of Edmond is seeking a vendor to produce and deliver printed signage for electric vehicle charging stations. Artwork is already prepared; the vendor must supply the signs in specified materials, sizes, and quantities, and ship them to the city. Installation is not required, and all sign lines will be awarded to a single vendor for consistency. Delivery must occur within three weeks (15 business days) after receipt of the artwork. • Scope: Print and deliver four distinct sign types (three custom‑size signs and a set of four standard aluminum signs). • Materials: White styrene with reflective coating for custom signs; UV‑resistant aluminum for the standard signs. • Quantities: 2 of each custom size (total 6 signs) plus 4 of the standard size (total 4 signs). • Delivery timeline: 3 weeks from artwork receipt. • No installation, mounting, or post‑delivery services required. • Pricing must be quoted as a firm, all‑inclusive lot price (materials, setup, imprinting, delivery). • Payment may be made via the City’s Mastercard purchasing card.
