Description
This solicitation calls for the design, permitting, and construction of upgrades to the septic system serving the Wells State Park Beach House and associated facilities. The work includes removal of existing tanks, installation of new septic tanks, dosing chambers, sludge drains, venting, and associated pipework to meet current health and environmental standards. The contractor must provide engineered drawings, obtain necessary construction permits, and complete field installation in accordance with Michigan Department of Health specifications.
