Description
Hudson Valley Community College is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive event‑management services for Joe Bruno Stadium and associated facilities. The contractor will be responsible for planning, marketing, scheduling, staffing, on‑site supervision, facility preparation and clean‑up, financial reconciliation of event rentals, and coordination of ancillary services (catering, security, audiovisual, etc.) from October through May each year. Compensation will be a percentage of rental fees collected, with a three‑year base term and possible one‑year extensions. Key compliance requirements include non‑collusive bidding certification, extensive insurance coverage, and (if required) performance and labor‑material bonds.
