Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Owner’s Advisor for Chowan River Dock Project

The County of Hertford, NC is seeking a qualified engineering firm to serve as Owner’s Advisor (OA) for the design, permitting, construction administration, and close‑out of a new commercial dock and associated public access road along the Chowan River.
