Federal Purchase Program Specification for Whole Eggs

The USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) is seeking qualified vendors to supply whole eggs—both bulk liquid and frozen homogenized forms with or without color stabilizer—under the Federal Purchase Program Specification (FPPS). The work involves egg processing, pasteurization, packaging, labeling, and delivery in strict weight, temperature, and microbiological quality parameters. Vendors must operate in an FSIS‑approved plant, maintain HACCP plans, provide certificates of conformance, and handle all sampling, laboratory testing, and documentation required by AMS.
