Request for Qualifications - Architect Services

Mohave Educational Services Cooperative, Inc. is seeking qualified architects to provide services for various projects, including new facility construction, additions, renovations, repairs, and emergency response to health and safety issues. The selected contractor will provide experienced architects to assist members on a variety of projects, including implementation and management support, pre-planning and master planning services, and construction administration services. The contract will be for an initial one-year term with four potential one-year extensions. The evaluation criteria will include qualifications and expertise, experience and method of approach, and supporting contract documents. Some key points to consider: • The contractor must provide licensed professionals with approved seals from the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act. • The contractor must provide periodic electronic reports to members and close-out documents, including contractor's red-line drawings and operation manuals. • The contractor may provide construction administration services, including site surveys, soil investigations, and quality control plans. • The contractor must obtain all necessary permits and ensure that all work is done in accordance with current applicable Occupational Safety and Health Standards.
