The Town of Chapel Hill is seeking a qualified commercial janitorial firm to provide comprehensive cleaning, porter, and optional deep‑cleaning services for the Chapel Hill Public Library. The contract will start on October 1, 2026, with a one‑year base term and up to four additional one‑year renewal options. Vendors must attend a mandatory pre‑proposal meeting and site visit, submit questions by early August, and deliver proposals electronically by mid‑August.
