FMC LEXINGTON FY26 4TH QUARTER- DAIRY

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center, Lexington is seeking a contractor to provide dairy products, including kosher whole milk, cottage cheese, and sour cream, for the 4th quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. The contract will be for a firm fixed price, and the award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the requirements and is determined to provide the best value to the Government. The contractor will be required to deliver the products on a weekly basis, with Wednesday delivery, from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The products must meet the specified requirements, including being certified kosher by a nationally accepted Orthodox Kashrut Organization. • The contractor must provide kosher whole milk, fresh, individual 8 fluid ounces serving, with a quantity of 260,000 units. • The contractor must provide cottage cheese, 5-pound container, with a quantity of 1,560 units. • The contractor must provide sour cream, 5-pound container, with a quantity of 780 units. • The contractor must deliver the products to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, FMC Lexington, 3301 Leestown Road, Lexington, KY 40511. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety and handling.
