Bid Event No. 246- Terrytown Head Start Center- Roof Coating & HVAC Reolacement

The Jefferson Parish Government is soliciting sealed bids for the complete replacement of the mechanical and electrical systems and a roof coating at the Terrytown Head Start Center. The base scope covers demolition of existing ground‑mounted condensing units and above‑ceiling air handling units, installation of a new VRF heat‑pump system with associated piping, electrical work, ground pads and controls, plus architectural work to protect and reinstall the existing acoustical ceiling grid. An optional alternate provides a full roof restoration with a 100 % high‑solids silicone coating and a 20‑year warranty.
