Student Health Insurance Broker and Risk Management Services

Texas Woman's University is seeking proposals from responsive and responsible proposers for Student Health Insurance Broker and Risk Management Services. The university requires a broker to provide insurance and risk management services for its students. The selected proposer will be responsible for evaluating medical insurance services, negotiating rates and plan design, and providing support during transitions between carriers or administrators. The proposer must have a national presence, be professionally engaged, and have experience in managing student health insurance claims and services. • The proposer must provide evidence of financial stability and meet TWU's insurance requirements. • The proposer must have a national presence and be professionally engaged in the insurance and risk management industry. • The proposer must provide references from at least two current higher education clients and two former higher education clients. • The proposer must describe their approach to evaluating medical insurance services and plan design. • The proposer must describe their strategy for ensuring carrier-neutrality in the selection process.
