Description
The City of Hampton is seeking qualified vendors to provide harbor tour cruise services. The contract will cover the operation of sightseeing boat tours on the Hampton harbor, catering to both residents and tourists, and will include all aspects of vessel operation, crew staffing, ticketing, safety compliance, and marketing support for the duration of the contract.
• Provide scheduled cruise trips (e.g., daily/weekly) with defined routes and durations.
• Ensure all vessels meet safety, accessibility, and environmental regulations.
• Manage ticket sales, customer service, and promotional activities.
• Supply qualified crew, maintenance, and insurance coverage for the vessels.
• Deliver performance reports and adhere to any city‑specified service level agreements.
