2025015-RFP5810 Event Staffing

The Columbia County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals from event staffing companies to provide temporary event workers on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes providing event staff, hospitality staff, security staff, cleaning and maintenance staff, and other support staff. The contract will be for a period of two years with an option to renew for three additional one-year terms. The vendor will be required to provide all necessary labor, services, and supplies to complete the work. The county reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept proposals deemed advantageous to the Board of Commissioners. • The vendor must have the necessary resources to execute the work in a satisfactory manner and within the time specified. • The vendor must have experience of a same or similar nature. • The vendor must have a past history and references that will assure the company's qualifications for executing the work. • The vendor must comply with all federal, state, county, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations applicable to the work. • The vendor must not discriminate against any person in accordance with federal laws or regulations.
