Historical Society Cafe

The State of Montana, State Procurement Bureau, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide Cafe Operation Services for the Montana Historical Society building. The successful proposer will be responsible for operating a cafe within the building, providing food and beverage services to visitors. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, providing high-quality food and beverage services, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • The cafe will be located within the Montana Historical Society building. • The successful proposer will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and staff to operate the cafe. • The cafe will be open to the public and will provide a variety of food and beverage options. • The successful proposer will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety and employment. • The contract will be for a term of 5 years, with the option to renew for an additional 5 years.
