Restaurant and Catering Services

The San Jacinto Community College District (SJCCD) is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive restaurant and catering services across multiple college campuses in the Houston‑Pasadena area. The contract will be awarded for an initial one‑year term with up to four one‑year renewal options. Services include: • Hot meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and boxed meals • Desserts (cookies, ice cream, pies, cakes, mini desserts) • Beverages (approved Dr. Pepper products, water, coffee, tea) • Restaurant services for pickup/delivery of prepared foods • Full‑service catering (plated, buffet, boxed, snack packages) • Provision of all disposable service equipment, linens, tables, chairs, and cleanup • Staffing to support events ranging from 125 to 900 attendees • Compliance with all federal, state, and local health, safety, and insurance requirements. Proposals must include questionnaires, menu with pricing, price proposal, and at least five recent references (preferably other colleges).
