RESTAURANT, FOOD AND CATERING

Humble Independent School District (Humble ISD) is establishing a rolling, award‑on‑a‑need basis contract for restaurant, food and catering services to support school events, staff meals, field trips and other district functions. Vendors will be placed on an approved vendor list and may receive individual work orders throughout the contract term (award date through October 31 2028). The district expects $50,000+ in annual spend and seeks competitive pricing, diverse menu options, dietary accommodations, and full service (setup, service, cleanup, equipment). • Provide catering for district‑wide events, meetings, staff development days, field trips, etc. • Offer on‑site food preparation, boxed meals, buffet and plated service, with a variety of cuisines (American, Mexican, Italian, Asian, vegetarian/vegan). • Accommodate dietary restrictions (gluten‑free, dairy‑free, allergen‑free). • Supply all serving equipment, utensils, dinnerware, and handle set‑up/clean‑up. • Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal food‑safety regulations. • Maintain pricing stability for the contract term; price changes require 90‑day written notice. • Meet insurance, background‑check, and code‑of‑conduct requirements for working on school campuses.
