Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,500,000

No contract value is disclosed. Based on the scope—replacement of eight major HVAC units, boiler work, extensive ductwork, control system integration, permitting, design, and a one‑year schedule for a historic museum—similar projects in the Northeast typically range from $500,000 to $1,500,000. The lower bound reflects a basic equipment swap with minimal boiler work; the upper bound includes high‑efficiency boiler replacement, optional supplemental cooling, extensive humidification upgrades, and full design‑build services. MWBE subcontractor requirements may modestly affect pricing but not the overall range.
