Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Education Department seeks a qualified contractor to provide on‑site workforce education and training support for the Veterans Home at Chelsea for a one‑year period. The contractor will assess current training compliance, develop corrective action plans, create an Annual Education Plan, and deliver required education across three shifts, ensuring 100 % completion of mandated training and supporting survey readiness.
• Conduct a full compliance assessment and produce an Education Action Plan within the first month.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Annual Education Plan covering all staff, with monthly progress reporting.
• Provide on‑site training, competency validation, and rapid response education for incidents or audit findings throughout the contract term.
