The State of Wyoming is seeking a statewide tele-specialist platform to provide remote specialist care to patients across the state. The platform should be able to schedule and deliver consults to various provider types, with an initial focus on procuring psychiatry and other behavioral health services. The selected platform will serve as the technical backbone for three key tele-specialty models: behavioral health, e-consults, and hub-and-spoke models. The contractor will be responsible for delivering a complete, cloud-hosted product, handling all onboarding logistics, and providing 24/7/365 technical support. Key features of the platform should include a robust interface with the state's health information exchange, cybersecurity software, and the ability to schedule both virtual and in-person appointments.
