Connecticut Career Accelerator Program: Fund Manager

The State of Connecticut’s Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking a qualified Fund Manager to administer the Connecticut Career Accelerator Program (CAP). The Fund Manager will be responsible for deploying and managing Outcomes‑Based Loan funds, overseeing grant‑like financing, monitoring participant progress, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and reporting outcomes to the Office of Workforce Strategy.
