Studio Set Renovation Services for Public Affairs Section

The U.S. Embassy Tokyo is seeking a contractor to provide studio set renovation services for the Public Affairs Section (PAS). The contractor will be responsible for designing, deconstructing, and constructing a new set that conveys the dignity of diplomacy. The set should have a unified and professional background, and the contractor should replace the existing PVC flooring. The contractor will also be responsible for project management, waste disposal, and providing suitable indirect lighting, objects, and props. The project should be completed within 90 calendar days after contract award. * The contractor shall provide a comprehensive new set design, including floor plans and elevation drawings. * The contractor shall remove the current set and take care of the waste from deconstruction and construction work. * The contractor shall manage all processes required for set construction, including fabrication, transportation, and labor arrangement. * The contractor shall replace the existing PVC flooring across the studio. * The contractor shall provide suitable indirect lighting, objects, and props that match the new set's atmosphere.
