Purchase of a Collapsible Event Stage

Tarrant County is seeking a vendor to provide and deliver a collapsible event stage for the Facilities Management Department. The stage should have a minimum load rating of 250 lb./ft and material thickness of 0.080, with ¾ “hook and loop perimeter for skirting attachment. The primary stiffener ribs should be 1.5” deep, paired to form a 3” structural rib. The finish for the decks should be powdered black. The vendor should provide pricing for new products only, and include all additional costs for delivery. The vendor should also provide lead-time on price forms and notify Tarrant County if there are any delays. • The stage should have 18 stage decks, 48” x 96”, carpeted (Black) • One modular stage deck, 48” x 48”, carpeted (Black) – intended for use as camera platform • One stage deck, 48” x 48”, painted (Black) • Three decks, 40” x 96”, non-skid • Leg system for all decks, measuring both 24” and 8” • Skirting in two sizes: 24” and 8” height, cut in 8-foot sections • Stairs, one-piece welded aluminum frame, 10” tread depth, 36” width, in black powder-coat finish and carpeted treads with anodized edging • Railing/ guard rail system, approx. 48” wide x 36” high in dimensions • ADA Ramp System, 40” x 30” (24” Stage Deck Height) • Cart for Storage and Transport, with wheels attached, able to hold 10 stage decks at a minimum
