Pembroke Well 4R Implementation

The Town of Pembroke is seeking a contractor to de‑commission its existing Well 4 and implement the “Well 4R” project, which includes installing a 75 HP submersible pump, pit‑less adapter, and associated controls, as well as laying roughly 150 ft of 8‑inch ductile‑iron raw‑water main to the Glenwood Road Water Treatment Plant. Additional tasks involve installing process piping, valves, a raw‑water hydrant, electrical and SCADA integration, selective demolition, fencing, paving restoration, and overall site restoration. • De‑commission and abandon existing Well 4. • Supply, install, and commission town‑furnished pump equipment and pit‑less adapter. • Install ~150 ft of 8‑inch ductile‑iron raw‑water main, process piping, valves, and one hydrant. • Perform electrical, instrumentation, SCADA integration, site demolition, fencing, paving, and restoration work.
