J--Pole Hill Powerplant Upgrade

The project involves the upgrade of the Pole Hill Powerplant, specifically the replacement of protection, controls, instrumentation, and station service switchgear and transformer. The work includes the relocation of the station service switchboard, replacement of low voltage electrical panels and transformer, relocation of an air compressor, and replacement of two existing station service transformers with a single station service transformer. The project also includes the replacement of low voltage electrical panels and transformer, instrumentation, penstock gate controls, and battery systems in the gatehouse, as well as the replacement of approximately 2,000 feet of communication conduit and fiber optic cable between the gatehouse and the powerplant.
