Description
The State of Hawaii Department of Health is seeking a qualified contractor to plan, design, fabricate, deliver, and install a new above‑ground gasoline storage tank system (10,000‑12,000 gal) at the Kalaupapa Settlement on Molokai. The contract includes supply of dual‑wall, UL‑142 listed tanks, dispensing equipment, pumps, gauges, and associated controls, as well as full logistics (freight to Honolulu, barge shipment to Kalaupapa, on‑site rigging, anchoring, electrical work, testing, commissioning, operator training, and a one‑year warranty. The work must comply with federal, state, and National Park Service regulations, and the contractor must be registered in Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE). Delivery is slated for July‑August 2027 via the annual DOH‑NPS barge, with a 12‑month performance period beginning 1 April 2027.
