The County of Kauai’s Public Works Department is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive, island‑wide rental fleet of construction and heavy‑equipment for its Solid Waste Division. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with estimated quantities for each item; the county may issue multiple purchase orders over a one‑year base period (extendable up to 24 months) and expects rapid delivery (within three days of order).
