Lake Waramaug Concession Building

The State of CT - DAS Procurement is seeking a concessionaire to operate the concession building at Lake Waramaug. The concessionaire will be responsible for providing food, beverage, and campground store services. The contract will require the concessionaire to pay a monthly rent of $3,000.00, as well as a proposed percentage of annual revenue. The concessionaire will need to provide their own proposal, including their experience, qualifications, and pricing. The key responsibilities of the concessionaire will include: • Providing high-quality food, beverage, and campground store services to visitors • Maintaining a clean and safe concession building • Managing inventory and supplies • Providing excellent customer service • Paying monthly rent and a percentage of annual revenue to the State of CT - DAS Procurement.
