Statement of Qualifications for Professional Services

The Clark County Water Reclamation District is seeking professional services contracts using a qualifications-based selection process. Interested firms may apply by completing the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) submittal process during the open period, which is from June 16, 2025, to August 15, 2025. The District is looking for firms to provide expertise in one or more services and/or works to assist in the execution of its Capital Improvement Plan. Services include architectural, engineering, surveying, and staff augmentation, while works include sewer collection systems, lift stations, and wastewater treatment. • The SOQ process is open to firms that meet the minimum requirements, and firms may apply for ranking in any category. • The District will select firms from the services or works categories to assist with executing projects on its Capital Improvement Plan. • Firms must have a business license filed in Clark County to be considered. • The District will provide office equipment as needed for staff augmentation services, but firms will be responsible for providing necessary equipment and tools for other services and works categories. • The District will select firms based on their qualifications, and the selection process will be based on the information provided in the SOQ submittal.
