Description
The Town of Norwich, Vermont is issuing a Request for Proposal for the supply and delivery of winter‑screened sand for the 2026‑2027 fiscal year. The contract is a blanket purchase for approximately 9,000 tons of sand, to be delivered as needed to the Public Works garage. The vendor must provide the sand, all equipment required for stockpiling, and deliver during normal business hours (7 am‑3:30 pm, Mon‑Fri). Payment is made within 30 days of delivery verification, with unit prices remaining valid through October 7 2027. The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope by 10:00 am on November 4 2026.
