Description
The State of Colorado is seeking a qualified healthcare organization to operate skilled nursing home placement beds for individuals with complex neuro-behavioral presentations. The selected contractor will be responsible for establishing and coordinating the availability of adult Enhanced Protective Placement (EPP) beds, which will serve as an essential intermediate tier of care within the state's clinical continuum. The contractor must demonstrate a robust clinical and operational capacity to serve individuals with brain injuries, advanced dementia, and other acquired neurocognitive disorders. The proposal should include a detailed comprehensive program design, organizational experience, staffing matrix, and commitment to serving the high-acuity population defined under SB 26-149.
