The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide Areawide Citrix Licenses and Support for the Great Plains Area, Office of Information Technology (Datacenter), Sioux Falls, SD. The contractor will be required to provide new equipment and new parts, and no used, refurbished, or remanufactured equipment or parts will be accepted. The contractor must also comply with the IPv6 standards profile as defined by the NIST USGv6 Program. The period of performance will be one year from the date of award. • The contractor must provide a technical description of the item/service in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the solicitation requirements. • The contractor must provide terms of any express warranty. • The contractor must provide price and any discount terms. • The contractor must provide a completed copy of the representations and certifications at FAR 52.212-3. • The contractor must provide past performance information, when included as an evaluation factor.
