Teton School District 401 is seeking a qualified architectural firm to provide full‑service design, engineering coordination, and project administration for a series of renovation, remodel, and fire‑suppression upgrades at Teton High School. The scope covers multiple interior upgrades (entryways, restrooms, art classrooms, counselor offices), fire sprinkler system modifications, and potential classroom additions. The district will evaluate firms using a 125‑point rubric and award the contract after board approval.
• Design of fire‑sprinkler system upgrades and compliance with fire‑code requirements.
• Interior renovation of entryways, restrooms, art rooms, and counselor offices, including architectural and interior design services.
• Coordination with licensed engineers and landscape architects for all necessary civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire‑protection engineering.
• Assistance with preliminary planning, funding justification, permitting, and community outreach.
