Exhibition Booth Services

The Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive support services for a government-owned tradeshow exhibition booth. The contractor will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of the exhibit, including logistics and coordination, storage facility details, and show execution. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract with a 12-month base year and two 12-month option years. The place of performance will be the contractor's facility and the Seatrade Cruise Global Conference in Miami, FL. • The contractor must provide a technical response that demonstrates its ability to meet the requirements identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor must provide a project plan that addresses how it will manage the lifecycle of the exhibit. • The contractor must provide at least two past performance references of contracts accomplished within the last three years that are of a similar size and complexity. • The contractor must provide a firm fixed price quote on the Pricing Sheet. • The contractor must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active registration at the time of solicitation closing.
