Provide Professional Landscape Architecture Services for the Mike Miley Community Oasis Project

The Parish of Jefferson is seeking a Statement of Qualifications from persons or firms interested in providing professional landscape architecture services for the Mike Miley Community Oasis Project. The project aims to create a community oasis with accessible outdoor spaces, green infrastructure, and improved walkways. The scope of work includes play spaces, parking enhancements, and connecting pathways. The selected firm will be required to provide professional services, including hydrologic modeling, civil engineering, electrical engineering, traffic engineering, geotechnical services, land surveying, and resident inspection. The compensation will be based on an hourly rate or fixed fee, depending on the scope and complexity of the work. • The project requires a licensed, registered professional landscape architect or professional engineer in the State of Louisiana as the principal or executive position and project manager. • The firm should have a professional in charge of the project with a minimum of five years' experience. • The firm should have an employee who is a licensed, registered professional engineer, architect, or landscape architect in the State of Louisiana. • The project will include federal disaster and resiliency funds, and the selected firm should be familiar with associated federal requirements.
