Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $12,000,000

Based on typical costs for a full‑depth reconstruction of a 1.45‑mile urban arterial—including milling, resurfacing, ADA sidewalk upgrades, signal modernization, drainage replacement, and associated site work—the contract is likely to fall in the mid‑single‑digit‑million to low‑double‑digit‑million dollar range. Assuming an average unit cost of $3–$8 million per mile for comprehensive urban roadway projects, the total estimated award value would be roughly $5 million to $12 million, with higher end estimates reflecting extensive signal and drainage upgrades.
