Budget estimate

$400,000 – $500,000

The total available funding for this opportunity is approximately $500,000. The maximum award per tiny home unit is $100,000, and the selected provider will be responsible for purchasing and operating a minimum of five units. Considering the costs associated with purchasing and operating tiny home units, as well as providing wraparound supportive services, a reasonable estimate for the total budget for this opportunity would be between $400,000 and $500,000. This estimate takes into account the maximum award per unit and the minimum number of units required. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include: • The number of tiny home units purchased and operated • The cost of wraparound supportive services • The provider's operational costs and efficiency • The duration of the program and the level of funding required to sustain it
