Hill Air Force Base is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to identify vendors capable of providing a comprehensive suite of laundry‑related services for the 75th Force Support Squadron. The effort includes commercial laundry, dry‑cleaning, uniform rental and repair, shop‑towel exchange, floor‑mat and mop services, as well as first‑aid kit replenishment across four distinct functional areas on‑base. The anticipated contract will have a 12‑month base period with up to four one‑year options and an additional six‑month extension, totaling up to five years. Vendors must demonstrate capability to meet strict turnaround times, packaging standards, and performance thresholds while complying with Non‑Appropriated Fund (NAF) contracting regulations and environmental/chemical safety requirements. • Consolidated laundry, dry‑cleaning, and uniform services for lodging, automotive maintenance, banquet club, and golf‑course facilities. • Weekly and daily pickup/delivery schedules with 48‑hour turnaround for linens and weekly uniform exchanges. • Required support for inventory management, minor/major repairs, fire‑rated rag containers, first‑aid restocking, and compliance with SCLS wage rules. • Monthly invoicing to separate NAF accounts, detailed delivery tickets, and adherence to performance metrics (≥ 95 % on‑time, ≤ 3 % defect). • Mandatory security clearances (AFMC Form 496) and vehicle entry authorizations for all personnel.
