Air Show transportation Services

The US Air Force is seeking air show transportation services for the "Gunfighter Skies 2026" event. The contractor will provide buses and/or trams for the event, with a requirement for at least 2 American Disability Act (ADA) compliant vehicles. The contractor will also provide a technician for onsite support during the event. The period of performance is from 16 May 2026 to 17 May 2026. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Contract. Key factors for evaluation include technical capability, price, and past performance. • The contractor must provide descriptive literature demonstrating their ability to meet the requirements. • The contractor must have a history of no negative past performance in the CPARS and/or SPRS systems. • The government may elect to award to an offeror other than the lowest priced if determined to be the best value. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and environmental protection.
