On-Call Architectural Services for the City of Gallup

The City of Gallup is seeking proposals from professional architectural firms to provide on-call general architectural services for city facilities and grounds. The selected firm will be required to demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience in providing similar services to municipal or public sector projects. The contract will have a base period and will automatically renew for an additional two-year period unless terminated. The city reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or technicalities at its option. • The contract will be for an indefinite quantity, and the city may place orders on an as-needed basis. • The city is seeking a firm with experience in providing architectural services for municipal or public sector projects. • The firm must be licensed to practice architecture in the State of New Mexico and be in good standing with the New Mexico Board of Examiners for Architects. • The proposal will be evaluated based on criteria such as specialized design, capacity and capability, past record of performance, proximity to and familiarity with the project area, and amount of design work to be produced by a New Mexico business.
