Description
The City of Mansfield is soliciting sealed bids for the design‑build construction of the Westside Sanitary Sewer Interceptor Project 1, a new gravity‑flow sanitary sewer main crossing Walnut Creek and serving the Willow Branch drainage basin. The contract includes all site preparation, excavation, pipe installation (PVC and FRP sizes ranging from 8 in. to 48 in.), construction of numerous manholes and concrete structures, trench safety planning, and required performance, payment and maintenance bonds. Bidders must submit a 5 % bid bond, comply with prevailing‑wage schedules, and be prepared to provide a trench‑safety plan and insurance. The work must be completed within 180 working days from the Notice to Proceed.
