RFP Funding for Homeless Prevention Services

The Town of Falmouth is seeking proposals from public or private, state and federally recognized non-profit organizations, agencies, or partnerships to provide housing stabilization case management services to residents of Falmouth who are at risk of homelessness, and outreach and case management services to residents of Falmouth who are currently homeless. The contract will cover the fiscal year 2027, with the possibility of renewal for up to two additional years. Proposals must be received by April 27, 2026. • The services will be provided to residents of Falmouth who are at risk of homelessness or currently homeless. • The contract will cover the fiscal year 2027, with possible renewal for up to two additional years. • The Town of Falmouth reserves the right to cancel the Request for Proposals at any time until the contract is executed. • Proposals must be submitted to the Town of Falmouth, Human Services Department, by April 27, 2026.
