The Navy is seeking a qualified construction contractor to renovate and repair the Auto Maintenance Facility (Building 575) at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC. The scope includes demolition, structural repairs, interior and exterior finishes, mechanical/electrical systems, fire‑suppression upgrades, site paving, and related utility work. The award will be made to the lowest‑price responsive bidder among a pre‑qualified pool of seven contractors.
• Renovation of a 67,228 SF, single‑story motor‑type building (structural, mechanical, electrical, fire‑suppression, and interior finishes).
• Site work includes removal and replacement of existing paving, utility upgrades, and landscaping.
