ATHLETIC/PHYSICAL EDUCATION SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT

The Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District (ECISD) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from vendors to provide athletic and physical‑education supplies and equipment for its 31 elementary, 6 middle and 5 high schools plus administrative offices. The contract is a term agreement beginning approximately Oct 1 2026 and ending Sept 30 2027, with an estimated first‑year spend of $900,000. Vendors will submit discount percentages off catalog prices (including shipping) and must be able to fulfill purchase orders of any size (minimum $25, maximum unrestricted) across the district. Delivery must be made to each campus within a reasonable timeframe after receipt of a purchase order; the district will not use a central warehouse. The district may award to multiple vendors and may renew the contract for one additional year if both parties agree. Vendors must complete required forms (Form 1295, W‑9, Conflict of Interest) and meet qualification criteria (financial capability, bonding, past performance, product quality).
