Athletic & Extracurricular Supplies and Equipment

The Sherman Independent School District is seeking proposals for the purchase of athletic supplies, services, and equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, athletic sports and training, PE, dance and cheer, band, award jacket and awards, uniforms, apparel, accessories, and monogramming/embroidery service. The district is looking for vendors who can provide high-quality products and services at competitive prices. The contract will be awarded to the vendor who offers the best value to the district. • The contract will be for a term of approximately 4 years, from June 6, 2024, to June 30, 2030. • The district reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time with written notice to the vendor. • The vendor must agree to protect, defend, and hold harmless the Sherman Independent School District from any suits or demands for payment that may be brought against it for the use of any patented material, process, article, or device that may enter into the manufacture and/or construction or from a part of the work covered by either order or contract. • The vendor must also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sherman Independent School District from suits or actions of every nature and description brought against it for, or on account of any injuries or damages received or sustained by any party or parties by, or for any of the acts of the vendor, his servants or agents.
