Athletic & Extracurricular Supplies and Equipment

The Sherman Independent School District is seeking sealed proposals for the purchase of athletic supplies, services, and equipment. This bid includes, but is not limited to, athletic sports and training, PE, dance and cheer, band, award jacket and awards, uniforms, apparel, accessories, and monogramming/embroidery service. The contract will be awarded to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the offering period. The District may approve additional vendors for the same or similar items/services during the agreement period. • The scope of work includes providing athletic supplies, services, and equipment to the District. • The contract term is from June 6, 2024, through June 30, 2030. • The District reserves the right to negotiate with any or all respondents and accept or reject any and/or all proposals. • Vendors must agree to fully warrant and guarantee all information in their response.
